Submission Guidelines
General Guidelines
1. Abstract submissions can only be made electronically through the congress website.
2. Please submit the abstract by following the submission procedures.
3. Please note that abstracts submitted by e-mail, mail or fax CANNOTbe accepted.
4. Each individual may submit more than one abstract with the same account.
5. The first author must present his/her presentation.
6. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be accepted and will therefore not be considered for the program or for publication.

Submission Procedure
1. Before submitting your abstract, you have to create your personal account. During the submission period, you may edit your abstract with this ID and the password. Please retain them safely for future reference.
2. To log in to your account, you will need your registered username and password.
3. To start a new submission, you are required to select the submission type first (whether you are the first author), and choose one presentation preference before abstract categories.
4. You may add additional authors and Institutions and make sure they are in the correct order.
5. Review & Submit allows you to preview the information that was entered on each step of   the submission process and a green check mark will display at the center of the step if it was completed successfully.
6.  Once submission is completed, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your abstract submission. If you do not receive this e-mail within 30 minutes after submission, there is a possibility that your submission has not been processed successfully. You may check your submission status through “

Publication Policy
All accepted abstracts will be included in the Proceedings of the Congress. The format will be electronic only and it will be part of the Congress kit.

Review Process
The reviewers will judge the abstracts according to the relevance to ISWSO2018, standard of English, objectivity of statements, description of what was done, suitability of methods to aims, conclusions confirmed by objective results, ethics, scientific value, potential clinical value, originality of work and overall impression.

Abstract Withdrawal Policy
If for some reason the submitting author wishes to withdraw their abstract submission, please send an Email to the Congress secretariat including their abstract number and reason for withdraw. The abstract will be deleted from the submission system once the withdraw application is acknowledged.
